Paws Pals

We met our Paws Pals last week for the first time! We are happy to be pairing up with Mrs. Preston's Kindergarten class this year! This time, we made pumpkin glyphs with our Paws Pals. We're looking forward to having a Thanksgiving feast with them on Tuesday the 20th. (If you would like to help us out, we need volunteers to donate juice boxes, plastic utensils, napkins and plates. Please e-mail me of you would like to donate one of these items. We need enough for two classes. Thanks! :))

Happy Birthday!

Fall Celebration

We had a blast at our Fall Celebration! A BIG thank you to all of the families who helped make it a success! Thank you to Abbey's family for the spooky counting game, Ava's family for the beautiful cookie cakes, juice boxes, munchies and cool game, Bennett's family for the yummy cookies, Jillian's family for the delicious rice crispys, Julia's family for the decorative napkins, Makenna's family for the cups, napkins and plates, Miles's mom for planning and bringing in the Bingo game and prizes, Violet's family for the pumpkin oranges and cheese sticks and Wyatt's family for the yummy pretzels. I took a lot of pictures... enjoy!!

The Candy Corn Bandit

Have you heard about the "Candy Corn Bandit" at home?! We had a jar of candy corn all set and ready to do an estimation project with last week when it suddenly went missing. In it's place were some activities and clues. The clues led us around the school on a wild chase for our sweet treat. We were suspicious of many people... Miles, Mr. Welnetz, Mr. Murphy, Mrs. Sacha, Mrs. Foley, Mr. Pagel, Mr. Price... but we never did figure it out! Mr. Welnetz even got SUPER involved and printed off security camera pictures for us. Still, we weren't able to find proof that pinned it on anyone. The search continues...

We wrote all about our experience.
